It just works.
If you have jetpack setup, and authenticated, then when you publish, in the lower left, there's a "choose site" button at the bottom that lets you select a destination from among your jetpack-authenticated sites.
You can't move posts between sites, but you can certainly copy the content and then delete the source post.
